Ariel Carmon

I am a native Texan, born and raised in Austin, who recently moved to the West Coast. Over the last decade I have worked in hospitality, catering, retail management, and business associations; developing skills that allow me a unique perspective on all types of companies.

After earning my B.A. in Journalism from Stephen F. Austin State University in 2014, I moved to New York, for 2 AMAZING years of growth before heading back to the hill country in late 2016.

When I’m not working you can find me hiking the trails with my family and dogs, playing video games, or writing short stories. Occasionally I muster the courage to run a half marathon.

Core Values

Accountability

I believe in making choices from an integrity first model and standing behind your decisions. Working with a commitment to produce original, quality work; for small businesses and non-profits.

Character

It’s a simple quote from J. C. Watts which guides me in my day to day “Character is doing the right thing when nobody’s looking.” I like to add, that this should be done for no other reason, than that it is right.

Passion

I firmly believe when I start a task, I should put everything I have into completing that task. Not only in a timely manner but while also working to the best of my abilities.

Empathy

I work to foster a compassionate environment when working with clients. If you can help someone, you should, and I strive to create a supportive space to work with clients.
